Usability fails because of excuses, not technology
Why intuitive operation concerns the entire machine and becomes a strategic development task.
Growing technical possibilities meet limited time for training. Operation, information and the physical product must work together.
What do people do at your machine every day? What must a new employee understand, and which decisions remain with specialists? We examine real workflows, user groups and handovers. These establish requirements for orientation, information hierarchy and machine operation.
HMI and UX extend beyond the screen. Physical controls, sight lines, reach and feedback affect whether a process makes sense. A shared design logic connects these levels and can support recognition across different machines.
The number of icons does not tell you whether an interface makes learning easier. Design is tested against specific tasks with appropriate users. Safety requirements and necessary qualifications remain part of your technical responsibility; a well-designed interface does not replace them.
